Introductory Provisions

These business terms and conditions (hereinafter Business Terms) regulate the provision of services that involve participation in the Equal Pay Day event (hereinafter the Conference), organized by Business & Professional Women CR, Václavské náměstí 802/56, Praha 1, 110 00, registration No.: 228 21 431 (hereinafter the “Organizer”).

Participation in the Conference is possible only subject to the payment of the attendance fee (hereinafter the Ticket).

Payment Terms

The prices of the tickets to the Conference can be found in the registration form published at www.equalpayday.sk/registrace.

Attendees can order tickets of their choice through a duly completed and electronically submitted order form (the registration form) published atwww.equalpayday.sk . The attendee shall provide full and correct information in his/her order (registration) form. By submitting the order (registration) form, the attendee confirms his/her familiarity with these Business Terms.

Confirmation that the order form has been submitted and received will be sent to the attendee to his/her e-mail address that was provided in the order (registration) form.

The attendee agrees to pay the price of the ordered Ticket(s) to the Organizer’s account by bank transfer within 4 business days after submitting their order.

Admission to the Conference is granted to everybody included in the Organizer’s guest list; no tickets will be issued/printed.

In some cases, admission to the Conference may only be granted subject to an invitation sent by the Organizer.

Contents of the Conference

Attendees can use the materials provided at the Conference only for their personal use. Attendees may not distribute and provide to third parties any conference or promotional materials or contributions presented at the Conference without the explicit consent by the author(s). The Organizer is not liable for the content (information, ideas, thoughts) of contributions delivered by persons and/or authors that are presented at the Conference.

Cancellation Policy

Attendees may cancel any tickets that they have purchased without providing a reason by sending a request to sekretariat@equalpayday.sk, specifying their name, surname and ticket number no later than 7 days prior to the commencement of the conference; after that deadline, tickets cannot be cancelled. Attendees may transfer their tickets to another person by sending information about a change of the Conference attendee; this information must include the name, surname and business name, if applicable, as well as the ticket number. All the aforementioned information must be sent to sekretariat@equalpayday.sk no later than 1 day prior to the Conference date.

The Organizer reserves the right to make minor program changes, including the duration and other parameters of the Conference. The Organizer may decide to cancel the Conference. During their participation in the Conference, attendees must follow the instructions given by the Organizer or a person appointed by the Organizer.
